Solskin frem for shopping! Helt sikkert!
They are still building on Copenhagen Town Hall Square - but look at the many trees! I cannot get my arms down!
I have just been in Copenhagen in the most beautiful weather. It was a pleasure to have time to walk at a slow speed in the walking streets. There were enough people to make it 'hyggeligt', and few enough not to feel cramped.
When I walk there, I always get so surprised about, that there are so many small shops with crafts of different kinds. I don't quite understand, how they succeed, but there must be customers enough. But then again I actually didn't meet anyone, who didn't have a bag with some kind of logo on it. There was a big jewelry shop though, which had a closing sale with 50% discounts, but there was almost nobody in there. But of course outside was the most beautiful sunshine.
Sunshine before shopping! For sure!
I came home with a bag, too. I have used a gift card, I got for my birthday. I have bought a book written by a Danish newspaper chief editor. He is kind of a rock and roll journalist and a very original analyst of society and the world today. I am looking forward to start reading, so I hope for some time for that during the weekend.
Have a great weekend, all of you.
