Gør det ikke! - Black Friday - Don't Do It!

The Christmas decorations has already been in place for almost 3 weeks!

Black Friday hasn't been launched for please you or to give you cheaper stuff. Black Friday has exclusively been made to increase sales for the shop owners, with the result that they get richer, and you get poorer!

That is why you only should buy, if you actually have a need. If you have planned it, because you own something, which doesn't function any more. Because it is always nice not to pay more than necessary. But you have to make sure, that the price actually are lower than usual, because scams with the prices are heard of.
  • So If you are sure about the quality of your purchase,
  • if it is exactly, what you need,
  • and the price is reduced, then buy.
If the wanted item has sold out, then go home. Don't let anyone talk you into buying a more expensive model. There are going to be sales again in December and January. There will always be more sales.

If you don't need anything special, then don't go cruising. It just ends up with impulse purchases, which you don't need, and/or stuff you don't have room for, and you should definitely not buy just because something is cheap.

I will buy a cake for my coffee and enjoy the thought about,
  • that I don't need to buy anything
  • that I save my money
  • and that I am not going to stampede into a shop with the risk, that I won't get the wanted item anyway.
It is almost Christmas, so I could buy Christmas presents?
Yes, but I won't, because for many years the shops have decreased the prices just before Christmas, so I don't think, that I will miss out on anything. And if I do - then I am not aware of it, so then it doesn't matter.

Do you know, that even though the shops have 'invented' Black Friday, the Christmas shopping hasn't decreased! Quite thought-provoking, right? Maybe even a bit worrying!
