Imagine to have a home which just works for you!
Where there is a space for everything.
And everything is in their place.
And they are functioning.
I have had a lot on my plate these last two months, and I have left early in the morning, coming home very late at night. There hasn't been any empty slots in the calendar for anything execpt to avoid not having enough sleep.
But I haven't had anything, I had to do. I have been able to come home, make some food, fill the dishwasher and sometimes the washing machine. It has been so good. I haven't felt, that I have neglected anything, and I haven't felt stressed. My home 'takes care of itself'. It hasn't taken any longer time to put things in their place, than it would have, if I just had dropped them anywhere random. And it looks good.
It has taken time to get here. There have been a lot of de-clutter sessions, but I have cut to the bone, without missing out on anything.
That is, what a minimalist home is to me. And I would never want it in any other way.
