Helsingør er en skøn, idyllisk lille by med en stor historie, og det nye søfartsmuseum, nomineret som det smukkeste og bedste museum i 2015 og tegnet af Bjarke Ingels, er bestemt også værd at bruge en udflugtsdag på.
I am a member of a photo club, where we meet once a week to share our common interest, get inspired and educated. A couple of times a year we meet outside the club, and yesterday we visited Elsinore - Helsingoer. The town of Shakespeare's Hamlet and the castle Kronborg, where this story take place.
The weather was beautiful, and we had a long evening with a beautiful sunset, and finished the event with a beer or a coffee in a small tavern in the inner city.
Elsinore (located 50 km from Copenhagen with good train connections) is a beautiful, idyllic little city by the sea with a big history, and the new Maritime Museum nominated as the best and most beautiful museum in 2015 made by Danish architect Bjarke Ingels, is also worth spending time on.
