- Et lille motions-program 4 gange om ugen om morgenen, hvor jeg følger et online motions-system. Jeg er på 11. ugen, og min talje skrumper!
- Slukke mine elektroniske medier to timer før sengetid og læse i sengen, før jeg sover. Det virker! Jeg sover meget bedre.
- 7 timers søvn. Jeg er begyndt at vågne op 5 minutter, før vækkeuret larmer.
- Og at drikke ca. 2 liter vand om dagen. Efter en uge var jeg blevet vant til det, og det er virkelig godt.
I know that this will sound very 'hyped', but new habits have crept into my life. Not all at once, but during the past months.
- A small exercise program 4 times a week in the morning. I am following an on-line system, and I have done this for 11 weeks now, and my waist is shrinking!
- Closing down my computer and iPad two hours before bedtime and reading a book in bed instead. It works! I sleep a lot better now.
- Getting 7 hours of sleep. I am beginning to wake up by myself 5 minutes before the alarm clock goes crazy.
- Drinking 2 liters of water a day. After one week I was used to it, and it feels really good.
Because?
Because after a period of a couple months of sickness earlier this year, I felt that I had to do something good for myself, and it works so well now, that I will hold on to that feeling, if/when a period of 'this-is-boring' will arise.
