Blå æg! - Blue Eggs!

In my fridge you can always find milk, yogurt (of something like it) cheese, some kind of vegetables and eggs. The eggs have to be organic, and the chickens should have the right conditions. A couple of days ago I bought a tray of eggs, and in it was a beautifully pale blue egg!

There was a note in the tray, which told, where the eggs came from, and when I went to the website, unfortunately in Danish only to see more, and I read, that eggs can be lots of colors other than white and brown, which I didn't know. It was fun reading, and the next time I buy eggs from this place, it is going to be exciting to see, which colors the eggs will have.

Go check out the website and see the photos. These people care about their work - and their chickens.
