En halv Ironman - Half an Ironman

Imponerende! Respekt!

Det så truende ud -
The weather was quite unstable
Naturlige svømmere og dykkere -
Natural born svimmers and divers
Den tynde linie i baggrunden er over 400 svømmere -
The thin line in the background is more than 400 swimmers

Nogle af de mest trænede deltagere -
Some of the more trained participants

Even if the weather wasn't at it's best today, I have spent most of the day outside. I was with friends in Rødvig, South of Sealand, and saw a lot of people in difference conditions swim, cycling and run Half an Ironman. They swam 1,9 km in the sea, rode their bikes for 90 km, and ran 21 km. Quite ordinary people - and quite extraordinary people. People who had made up their minds to challenge and exceed themselves. I clapped my hands glowing hot! Impressive! Respect!
