Vægttab Status - Weight Loss Status

Så! Nu begynder det at vise sig. Jeg har tabt 3 kg, og det lyder ikke som meget, men jeg begynder at få en anden figur. Og jeg har tabt dem på den gode måde. God mad, men ikke for meget. Jeg spiser alt. Bare ikke så meget af det. Kostdagbogen hjælper meget. Regelmæssig motion - stadig 3 gange om ugen, hvor jeg presser mig selv. Der er gået sport i det, og da jeg var i Jylland, ville jeg have savnet det, hvis det ikke var fordi, at jeg var på tur hver dag, hvor jeg rørte mig. Jeg havde godt nok fået at vide, at hvis jeg holdt ud, ville resultaterne komme, og at det sikkert ville vise sig efter 3 måneder. Det gør det!

Udluftning! - Venting!

Now! Now it is beginning to show. I have lost 3 kilos, and it doesn't sound much, but my figures has changed. And I have lost the weight the good way. With good food, but not too much. I eat everything. No restrictions, just not a lot. The online diet dairy helps a lot. Regular exercise - still going 3 times a week, and I am pressing myself. It has become a competition with myself, and when I was in Jutland, I would have missed it, if it wasn't because that I was on a trip every day moving my body. I had been told that if I kept going the results would come, and that it probably would show approx. 3 months after. And it does!
