Forberedelse til påskefrokost - Easter Lunch Preparations

Så kom den lyserøde påskekasse op fra kælderen, og mit gulv er blevet invaderet med kyllinger, harer og lam, som plejer at vække stor begejstring hos de små og vække minder hos de ældre.
Nu skal jeg i køkkenet for lave karrysild og bage lidt småkager til påskefrokosten i morgen, hvor vi skal være sammen og spise i laaang tid. En af årets dejlige traditioner.



Now the pink Easter box came up from the basement, and my floor has been invaded by chickens, rabbits and lambs, which normally excite the young guests and awaken memories for the old ones.
Now I will go into the kitchen and make a traditional curry herring and some other dishes for the Danish Easter lunch and bake some cookies for tomorrow, when we are going to be together and eat for a looong time. One of the wonderful traditions of the year.
